Primero fue el <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.iberfor.net\/canal-suez-efectos-barco-encallado\/\">canal de Suez<\/a>. Y luego siguieron el goteo de <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.iberfor.net\/los-contenedores-maritimos-disparan-su-coste-un-250-en-menos-de-un-ano\/\">denuncias por parte de operadores y asociaciones<\/a> hablando de un c\u00e1rtel en cuanto a naves y contenedores. La situaci\u00f3n, lejos de mejorar, a\u00fan pese a los buenos datos de los puertos espa\u00f1oles, se ha enquistado. Es m\u00e1s, los <strong>transitarios consideran que hay una cartelizaci\u00f3n del transporte por mar<\/strong>, y que no se est\u00e1 haciendo lo suficiente para frenarlo.<\/p>\n<h2>Precios disparados y escasa oferta como s\u00edntomas de la cartelizaci\u00f3n en el transporte mar\u00edtimo<\/h2>\n<p>Los costes, esos que fueron portada de los peri\u00f3dicos generalistas y que mostraban crecimientos de hasta tres d\u00edgitos porcentuales, siguen disparados. Algunos analistas consideraban que el 2022 deber\u00eda ser el a\u00f1o de vuelta a la calma, pero la mayor\u00eda no est\u00e1 viendo que esos pron\u00f3sticos se cumplan. De hecho, las cosas no hacen sino empeorar. Las causas que est\u00e1n detr\u00e1s de esa cartelizaci\u00f3n del transporte mar\u00edtimo no se han resuelto, sino que han seguido escalando:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los grandes transportistas mar\u00edtimos cuentan con un gran poder de mercado est\u00e1n expulsando a los transitarios independientes del mercado.<\/li>\n<li>La potencia financiera de estos operadores, as\u00ed como sus agresivas estrategias de capacidad de prestaci\u00f3n del servicio est\u00e1 reduciendo la oferta de manera considerable.<\/li>\n<li>Si la oferta es menor, y cada vez hay menos operadores independientes, estos gigantes pueden convertirse en verdaderos se\u00f1ores del transporte por mar, y manejar casi a su antojo a todas las empresas y operadores integrados en el comercio internacional mar\u00edtimo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cargadores y consumidores: los ya perjudicados de la cartelizaci\u00f3n del transporte por mar<\/h3>\n<p>Los cargadores, todos esos <strong>operadores que se encargan de la gesti\u00f3n del transporte<\/strong> para que las mercanc\u00edas de un productor o vendedor lleguen a su destino y sean puestas a disposici\u00f3n de los distribuidores ya sufren las consecuencias. La escasez de servicios ofertados, los precios que siguen subiendo sin que haya freno, y en muchos casos la nula disponibilidad de la oferta para determinados mercados hace mella. Y si ellos son los m\u00e1s afectados en una primera fase, el consumidor final ser\u00e1 el siguiente. Buena parte de los productos de consumo proceden de operaciones import\/export de comercio internacional. Y muchos de ellos llegan por v\u00eda mar\u00edtima. Si se produce un atasco, las estanter\u00edas estar\u00e1n vac\u00edas.
